We handle the micro-Raman spectrometer 'MR2D-01A'. Thin-film solar cells, such as microcrystalline, polycrystalline, and amorphous materials, are sensitive to heat and can change (crystallize) instantly due to the excitation laser light during Raman spectrum measurement, making it difficult to obtain accurate Raman spectra.
